Corrections

Prices and terms change, and sometimes we get one wrong. When that happens, we fix the page and add a dated line to its update history saying what changed. We do not quietly rewrite a price or a date.

How to report an error

Use the contact form and choose “A correction”. Tell us the page, what is wrong, and where you saw the right information (a link to the company’s page helps most). We check it against the source and update the page if it needs it.

What counts as a correction

• A wrong price, date, condition or eligibility rule.
• An offer marked as confirmed that was not, or the other way around.
• A source that does not say what we said it does.

A company changing its terms after we checked is an update, not a correction; it goes in the update history the same way.
